PRINCIPAL
Adam is responsible for underwriting, structuring and capital allocation.
Prior to Serene Adam worked for the corporate real estate groups of Charles Schwab and Stanford University and started 366 Development, LLC in 2007 to invest in broken condo projects and other non-performing assets via loan purchases, foreclosure sales, new debt/equity recaps, participation wind downs, and other liquidations. Over the last 20 years trading counter-parties have included Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, GE Capital, Union Bank, US Bank, Standard Insurance, SVB, Western Alliance, and numerous other regional and national banks, insurance companies, and funds.
Adam graduated from the University of California San Diego in 2004 with a B.A. in History.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Vincent is COO and leads Serene’s Technology Practice, where he helps source opportunities in the software, eCommerce and related industries as well as perform technical and operational due diligence on deals in the space.
Vincent has founded several startups and is the former CTO of Copart and former CEO of Charles Schwab CyberTrader. He has extensive experience building FinTech enterprises with an emphasis on portfolio accounting and trading systems. He built the world’s first web trading system for Schwab.com and launched first-of-their-kind tech platforms including Copart Mobile, CyberTraderPro, and eSchwab.
Vincent received his B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from the University of California San Diego in 1983.
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Bonnie is an award-winning equestrian. She has run several business including both Accounting and Equine related. Bonnie possesses several certifications including in Accounting, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Tax Preparer and Barn Manager. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
ACQUISITIONS ASSOCIATE
Jack specializes in non-performing commercial real estate loan acquisitions. His responsibilities include deal origination, underwriting, and developing relationships with lenders, loan sale advisors, and other institutional debt holders active in whole loan sales.
Jack joined Serene in 2026 after experience in credit and sales functions at banks, followed by time on the principal side at a vertically integrated multifamily owner-operator.
Jack graduated from the Santa Clara University in 2017 with a B.S. In Finance.
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Mason comes to Serene after a stint as a Nuclear Engineer on the USS Nimitz. Mason has also developed systems for various software and gaming platforms.
